Unable to edit comments (reliably) since v6.5.0 was created by Robert and Karen
Hi Tuan
since this update, I am unable to reliably update/edit comments. I just pops up a dialog box with my site url and an OK button. This dialog box automatically disappears within a few seconds. Most times it drops the edited text from the comment, rarely it updates it. Have tried signing out and signing back into my helpdesk application. work flawlessly prior to this update. we have not made any setting changes within v6.5.0
Helpdeskpro is utilised internally only - nil client engagement - just a portal to track our issues/tickets for clients. 2 users only (Karen and Robert). We are overriding the layouts for Tickets and Ticket
Ticket layout just changes from 8 - 4 columns to 9 - 3
Tickets layout does include a customised colour coding visual for Status and Priority
kind regards
Robert
