Reply by email error

Hi
If someone raises a ticket by email using the support address the ticket is raised OK  but when viewing the ticket from the backend we get this  error shown in the priority column "Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /home/mr2ocor/public_html/administrator/components/com_helpdeskpro/View/Tickets/tmpl/default.php on line 263"
Only happens if the ticket is raised directly by email, don't remember seeing this before

Look like the ticket was stored with wrong priority and it causes the warning. I updated the code to avoid these warnings

Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of Helpdesk Pro, update it to your site and the error will be gone
