I’m happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 6.4.1! This release focus on technical improvements and make sure it is working well with latest Joomla 6.1.2 release:
1. Compatible with Joomla 6.1.2
Joomla 6.1.2 added a backward incompatible changes to improve security for upload files processing. We updated code in Helpdesk Pro to make sure it is working well with that latest Joomla release.
2. Modernize Events Trigger
We updated code in Helpdesk Pro to use modern Joomla event trigger (instead of the old way uses triggerEvent method from application). This will help Helpdesk Pro continue working well with future releases of Joomla when this old method is removed.
Please update your site to latest version 6.4.1 of Helpdesk Pro to uses these improvements and especially, make sure the extension works well with latest Joomla release 6.1.2. Thanks for continue using our extensions and support our development
