Different languages + what is plug_cb_ticketshistory ?

Hello, 

is there any language package for Helpdesk pro ? Or can we create a translation file like for Events Booking ?

 What is plug_cb_ticketshistory in the package ? I've tried to install it but I got error message.

Hi Lionel

We do not have language package for Helpdesk Pro. But you can go to Helpdesk Pro -> Translation to translate it to other languages, same as how you did for Events Booking

plug_cb_ticketshistory is a community builder plugin uses to display tickets of the current user in his CB profile. I guess you are not using Community Builder extension extensions.joomla.org/extension/community-builder/ on your site, so no need to install the plugin

I'm using CB extension, but I have the error when I try to install the plugin :

"JInstaller: :Install: Unable to find a Joomla! XML configuration file"
"Unable to detect the manifest file"

Any idea what's wrong ?

You need to go to www.ladilafe.com/administrator/index.php...ins&view=showPlugins to install it from there

The extension does not require CB to work. It is just add-on to CB to allow showing tickets history of user in his CB profile

Normally, you do not need to use CB on your site at all. The plugin is completely optional. So if you install CB just because you need to install the plugin, you can uninstall CB from your site
