Inserting Image into ticket

Hi

Is it possible for a user to insert an image into a ticket, like we can on your forum?

Hi Alison

Currently, we do not support this feature in Helpdesk Pro. You can only view the image by clicking on the image file name in attachment list, not insert it into the message and have it rendered. I will monitor customer request, if there are more customers need it, I will try to bring support for it in the future
