Using MS email address without own user

Hi Team

I am trying to set up 'reply by email' 
The email we are using is a shared mailbox in a Microsoft account.

Does email used for reply by email need to be a fully licenced mailbox rather than a shared one?

I asked AI the question and it came up with this solution

 

What do you think, is AI correct?  I cannot seem to get it to raise a ticket whichever way I set it up.

This is the cron job I have set up 
(using the correct secret code)

Honestly, I do not have any clue how what's shared mailbox in a Microsoft account or how does it work, so it is hard for me to answer this question

So this setup does not work for you? You can submit a support ticket sending me super user account. I will try to check to see if there is any useful information from the logs and we will discuss further about it
