What happens if nobody picks up a ticket? Example would be all the admins for the category are ill or on leave?
Should there be a scheduled task which auto emails one or more email addresses to chase for some action?

Hi Alan

No, there is no feature like that. If no one responses to a ticket, it will stay open forever. There is only a scheduled task to close tickets without activities after certain number of days only

That could be implemented. Let see if there are more customers need it, if Yes, I will try to bring support for it in the future
