0 "Class "JFactory" not found" error when trying to access CB Profile or CB Profile Edit when the plug_cb_ticketshistory is published.

BTW, we found a small issue with re-ordering feature in the extension and fixed it. So please download latest package of Helpdesk Pro, update it to your site to have the issue fixed
