[22-Oct-2025] Helpdesk Pro 6.2.0 released, Fully Joomla 6 Compatible

Dear customers

I’m happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 6.2.0! The main focus on this release is official Joomla 6 support. We worked on the extension to make sure it is compatible with Joomla 6 without requiring Backward Compatibility plugin enabled. There were also some fixes to make sure the extension works well with PHP 8.4

With that said, please update your site to this latest release of Helpdesk Pro to be safe to upgrade your site to Joomla 6 when you are ready. Thanks for continue using our products and support our development

I upgraded to 6.2.0 but dashboard still shows installed version as 6.1.0

Sorry Alan. I forgot to update the version number displayed in Dashboard. You can ignore it for now or access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package and upgrade it to your site manually again to have the right version number displayed
