Can't alter text on CB HDP tab.

Hello,

I am using HDP with Community Builder (CB) and when the HelpDesk Tickets tab is enabled within the CB Profile, if the user has no tickets, it shows:

HDP_DO_NOT_HAVE_TICKETS

I have tried the translation option in HDP, the Language override in Joomla and the CB Language override but I can't find the text or key.

Any ideas please?

Hi Zoe

Please try to go to Helpdesk Pro -> Translation, press New button in the toolbar, add that missing language item and check it again. The issue should be sorted
