Blank Page After Inactivity

Hello,We are currently using Helpdesk Pro 6.0.0 with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.3.Every time we try to open the page after approximately 1 hour of inactivity, we encounter a blank page with no content. However, if we manually reload the page, it loads correctly.Here is an excerpt from the Apache access log for clarity:

We have noticed that if we disable the Helpdesk Pro component, this issue does not occur. The page loads as expected without any problems, even after periods of inactivity.Could you please advise if you have encountered this type of issue before? Is there any known fix or setting that could address this behavior?Looking forward to your assistance.Best regards,

This is a strange issue and we haven't seen it before. Could you please contact your hosting provider support, ask them to check server logs to see if there is something could cause this blank page issue? Maybe some kind of PHP error ?
