Blank Page After Inactivity was created by MinneMedia
Hello,We are currently using Helpdesk Pro 6.0.0 with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.3.Every time we try to open the page after approximately 1 hour of inactivity, we encounter a blank page with no content. However, if we manually reload the page, it loads correctly. Here is an excerpt from the Apache access log for clarity:
Martin
- Initial Request (blank page):
Code:x.xxx.xxx.x - - [05/Dec/2024:09:21:25 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 - sub.domain.info "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/128.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 OPR/114.0.0.0" "-"
- Manual Reload (content loads successfully):
Code:x.xxx.xxx.x - - [05/Dec/2024:09:21:54 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 29861 sub.domain.info "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/17.4.1 Safari/605.1.15" "-"

Hi Martin
This is a strange issue and we haven't seen it before. Could you please contact your hosting provider support, ask them to check server logs to see if there is something could cause this blank page issue? Maybe some kind of PHP error ?
