Thanks for your response.
If an issue is resolved, it's okay. But if there are few unresolved issues and if reminder kind of thing comes periodically to mail or sms or whatsapp to check unresolved issues, it would be great.

Ah, we do not have that feature supported at the moment. I will see if I can support it in the future (first time this feature is asked)

Thank you. It will help many in these busy days who may miss few important issues which are unresolved. Even there can be an option like scheduling a reminder so that they can follow up based on a time line.
