is it possible in Tickets List change row color if ticket is not assigned?
how can i do that?

It is not possible at the moment, unfortunately. Are you talking about tickets list in frontend or backend?

I could add a css class for that kind of ticket, then you can add necessary css code to change the background color of that ticket

I would like to suggest some improvements. For example, we would like to filter tickets using a custom field and also highlight tickets that are not assigned.
