Hi Tuan,
I hope you are fine.
I would like to know if it is possible to create a custom form for the user to insert a new ticket. I would like to know if I can inhibit some default fields such as Category or priority and create a customized form for a specific customer.

Yes. You can create any number of custom fields you want to create custom form, so Yes, it is possible

Thank you for your answer.
I know that I can create custom fields however my question does not refer to custom fields but to default fields such as ticket category and priority.
Can I hide these fields?

Hi Daniela
1. The category field could not be hidden because each ticket need to have an associated category
2. For priority field, if you go to Helpdesk Pro -> Priorities, unpublish all priorities , then it will be hidden
