Check-out or Notice Feature

Hello. Is it possible to have a "check-out" feature when replying to a ticket similar to when editing a Joomla article, or maybe a notice that a logged in user is viewing a ticket? We have several employees who reply to tickets that are located in different offices and at times a ticket is replied to by different employees at the same time not knowing someone else is replying.

This is not a popular request (honestly, this is the first time I heard about this request), so it is not supported by the extension
