Hi Loïc

In the tickets history page, there is a filter called Ticket Status. Could you please login to that account, set Ticket Status to All

Then check to see if the tickets are listed ?

The filters are of course all but I do not see the tickets.

I have no other clues. Do you mind submit a support sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. That user account

3. Link to tickets page

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
