Today, I'm happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 5.3.0 with the following changes and improvements
1. Support Custom Fields Dependency
You can now use Conditional Custom Fields/ Custom Fields Dependency feature when setup custom fields in Helpdesk Pro, similar with how you use it on our other extensions like Events Booking, Membership Pro, Payment Form.
2. Joomla 5 Compatible
We worked on the extension to make the extension compatible with Joomla 5 Alpha 4. This is a preparation to make sure the extension works well when Joomla 5 release (planned later this year). So you know that the extension is ready to use when you want to upgrade your site to Joomla 5.
Please update your site to this updated package of Helpdesk Pro to use these improvements. Thanks for continue using our product and support our development.
