Currently, we do not have an option to delete attachments from a ticket. I will consider supporting it in the future

We would also like to see this feature added to the HelpDesk attachments. An earlier version of HelpDesk did support deleting attachments.

Tuan,

I just installed Helpdesk Pro 5.4.1 and found that it doesn't have a way to delete an attachment from a ticket. A user can delete a whole comment, but not just the attachment. Am I missing a configuration setting?

Hi Kent

Currently, we only allow deleting attachments for admin/manager. I will consider improving it to allow user to delete his own attachments, too

I am an administrator and manager, but I don't see a way to delete an attachment. I've attached a screenshot example. What am I doing wrong?

Look strange to me. Could you submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page

I will check to see why there is no delete button and get it sorted
