Background:
Time and time again, people come to us with a topic and so we have to keep checking which topic goes where?

Other tools allow this...

I don't really understand how would you merge the two emails but normally, each new email is a new ticket.

It is possible that a person registers twice and therefore does not use a ticket. Therefore we would like to have the function that we can combine two emails into one ticket. Is this possible? Or can that be programmed? That would be a big win!

Can I change the subject of an email - i.e. a ticket? Can I paste a url? Since we work with HelpDesk Pro via the browser, could I then add a ticket via the url?

How did others solve it?

What email subject you want to change? Could you please explain more details ?

It is not possible to add a ticket via URL as you want
