Helpdesk Pro Custom Fields issue was created by Gianluca Grotto
I have just installed the component HelpdekPro in my enviroment:
Joomla 3.10.11
PHP 7.4
Helpdesk Pro version 5.2.0

After I have defined the ticket custom fields, they are visible on the tickets grid (MyTickets).
But when the user create a new ticket these fields don't appears on the Form.

Any idea?

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to submit ticket page

I will check to see why it is not being displayed on submit ticket form and guide you to correct it

    Could you please show me a screenshot of the custom field setup? Is it assigned to certain category ?

    Hi Gianluca

    On submit ticket form, please try to select a category from categories dropdown, then the field should be displayed

    If not, I don't know what's wrong. In this case, please submit a setup a site to a public accessible server so that I can check it. Without having access to your site, it's hard for me to provide support

    I understand your difficulty in verifying this problem.
    I have selected all categories as you can see in the picture.
    First I tried to select only the "All categories" item but without success, then I tried to select all items together but same result.
    We can arrange a connection with the teamviewer if you wish, but I prefer to communicate my account privately via email.
