Edit Ticket User / Ticket Owner was created by Sharon Van Muysen
Hi,
Is it possible to edit who owns the ticket? We can change managers/staff but we can't change the person who receives notifications when the ticket is updated.
If HelpDesk Pro does not currently have that feature, here is why it may be nice to add the feature.
Editing the ticket owner is useful in our organization because people retire and sometimes their ticket is related to a project, so we need to forward the ticket to the new person so the can take responsibility for the ticket and have access to the information in the ticket.
I'm guessing we can edit the owner of the ticket in phpMyAdmin, however it would be nice to be able to do this from the front or back end of the staff site.
Thanks,
Sharon

Hello Sharon
Yes. For now, you will have to change data via phpmyadmin. I will consider supporting it in future (next) release of the extension
