Hi,

One of the issues we encountered in using Helpdeskpro Reply Via Email, is from Mail Delivery Failure. When that happens, sometimes we are bombarded by lots of tickets created. 
Is there a way to avoid this?

Was thinking, is it possible to have like a field on the plugin where we can reject (or at-least - don't process) specific email addresses or even certain text on the message on the Subject. That way, if it's a bounced email, it will not create a new ticket.

I have the code implemented. Added two new settings to the plugins:

- Ignore Subjects
- Ignore Emails

For each of these settings, you can enter multiple items (each items in one like) and if the it match the ignored settings, that email will be ignored.

Will need to test it more before making newrelease

Hi, are there instructions on how to use the "Ignore Subjects" and "Ignore Emails" feature?

Right now, I'm just entering the subjects and email addresses I want ignored, one line per subject. Also, does it have to be an exact match? I mean some out of office messages vary on how they say the user is out of office.

Hi Sharon

- Each subject in a separate line
- It does not need to be exactly. The real subject just needs to contains the entered ignore subject and the email will be rejected

Also, please update your site to the attached of the plugin to make sure it works properly. I just checked again and see that it contains a small typo which should be fixed for this feature to work properly
