Is there any way for personalization?

Hi!

How can I achive some sort of personalization? Currently there is only one field for the "NAME" of the customer. I would add a salutation like "Mr.", "Mrs." and so on. 
Here we face a problem I think. Where comes the data from? It's the Joomla user account system. There is no salutation form field pre defined.

BUT - here's the solution: Check the custom fields (inside of the user account) and make them available in the mail / message system as TAGS (e.g. [ACCOUNT_NAME-OF-CUSTOMFIELD])

Without this I only can write my mails with "Hi!", "Hello!" and similar neutral forms of salutation.
 

Another hard request from you. While it is doable using some kind of conditional text implement, I'm not sure if it is worth to invest time to work on it because again, I haven't heard any customer request for something like this so far.
