Email comments history tag needed

Hi,

is it possible to embed all the historical communication between customer and me? I speak about the "comments".
Mostly we see steps like this:

1. Customer opens a ticket.
2. I reply to this ticket.
3. Customer replies again.
4. I reply again.
... and so on.

If I mail my customers via email and he replies - the whole email correspondence will automatically by embedded. But HelpDeskPro shows only the last comment with the tag [TICKET_COMMENT]. How can I show the whole "comment discussion"?

Hello Thomas

Currently, we only show the last comment in the email. This is the first time I heard about the request to include all comments. I will see if I can support it in next release of the extension

Just had it implemented. Next release you can use [COMMENTS] tag
