Hi,
Is it possible to auto-assign tickets to specific Staff based on Category?
Basically, what we want to do is that if a ticket is created like Legal category, this will be assigned already to the Staff that handles legal matters.

Hello
Unfortunately, it is not possible. In this case, maybe you should edit the category, set that staff to be Manager of category and he will be allowed to replies to all tickets from that category
