Re-opening closed tickets

Hello,

Is it possible for ticket users to re-open their closed tickets? With the "Add Comment and Close" button so close to the "Add comment" button, it would not surprise me if users accidentally close their own tickets. Ideally, it would be nice if they could re-open the ticket as needed.

Currently, we do not have a button to allow re-opening ticket. So the only option would be enable the user group to have Change Ticket Status permission

I will consider adding Re-open button in next release of the extension
