Hello,

Is there a list of possible customization options for customizing the "Emails & Messages?"

I mean I see from the provided templates that we can use these options:

[TICKET_ID]
[USER_NAME]
[NAME]
[TICKET_SUBJECT]
[TICKET_MESSAGE]
[TICKET_COMMENT]
[MANAGER_NAME]
[CATEGORY_TITLE]
[STAFF_NAME]

But are there any other options available?

So exactly what's the information you want to insert into the email? Please let me know so that I can look at it and tell you the tag to use to insert that information into the email message

Hi,

I'm not sure what I'll need to add. I just wanted to know what the options are before I begin modifying any of the templates. Our current help desk gives a huge list of options we can use in the email template.

Were there more options for categories besides the category title, like category description? I'd also be curious to know if there is a shortcut for status or priorities, or custom fields.

Hello

All the tags you can use are being displayed next to each message. So if you want something else, just ask and I will see if I can support it. For ticket status, you can use [TICKET_STATUS] tag. For priority, use [TICKET_PRIORITY] tag. For any custom fields, use syntax [NAME_OF_CUSTOM_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]
