Front end submit comment not work

Our customers are unable to enter a comment from the front-end of the site.
The field to enter the text appears but it is not possible to write.
How can I solve?

Look like there is conflict with something on your site causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to teh page which we can see this issue

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
