Submitted tickets are not showing in the frontend to the customers

Hi,

We have created different customer groups who can submit the tickets. After, submitting the tickets they are not showing in the frontend to the customers, it is displaying no data as attached in the screenshot but the tickets are visible to the administrator from the backend.

How to show the submitted tickets to the users? Can you help on this?

In the Ticket Status dropdown filter, could you please select All to see if you see the missing tickets?

  Also, I noticed one thing that after submitting the tickets the message is displayed as "Ticket submitted" "Invalid Ticket". Attaching the same for you reference. Is that the reason why tickets are not visible to the customers?

Hmm

Look like ticket is not saved for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can submit ticket and see this error

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

You just need to go to joomdonation.com/support-tickets.html to submit a support ticket sending us the requested information
