Dear Customers

Today, I'm happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 5.1.0 with the following improvements

1. Added Edit Ticket Feature

Now, you can edit a support ticket to change ticket subject, ticket message, ticket custom fields data if needed. Who can edit tickets is controlled by Edit Ticket Roles config option

2. Improve Routing

The routing code is improved in this version to make the URLs in the extension look nicer

3. Fix Bugs On Multilingual Website

Some bugs were found when use Helpdesk Pro on a multilingual website and fixed in this release

Please update your site to this latest version of Helpdesk Pro to use these improvements and bugs fix. Thanks for continue using our products and support our development

Hello

Today, I released version 5.1.1 of Helpdesk Pro with some small improvements:

1. Fixed tooltip not being displayed properly on backend (for Joomla 4)

2. Added anti-spam mechanism to prevent spams for submit ticket and add comment form (using honeypot solution)

Please update your site to this latest version of the extension to use these improvements

Can you pleas explain how i have to setup the Honeypot solution?

I have to create a custom filed, correct?
Does this need to be published (then it shows on the form) or unpublished?

Couldn't find anything in the documentation
