Today, I'm happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 5.1.0 with the following improvements
1. Added Edit Ticket Feature
Now, you can edit a support ticket to change ticket subject, ticket message, ticket custom fields data if needed. Who can edit tickets is controlled by Edit Ticket Roles config option
2. Improve Routing
The routing code is improved in this version to make the URLs in the extension look nicer
3. Fix Bugs On Multilingual Website
Some bugs were found when use Helpdesk Pro on a multilingual website and fixed in this release
