Custom fields in administrator reply

Hi,
I am interested in buying the component for the IT support of our clients.
In every user ticket, we need the administrator reply form to have some custom fields that the support guys will fill in (e.g. actions taken to solve the problem, time and date etc).

Is this possible?

Hi Dimi

We only support showing custom fields for submit ticket form only. When admin/manager reply to a ticket, they can only enter the response into a Message field, custom fields are not supported there

Thank you for the quick reply.

Is it possible the admin to edit the ticket's custom fields?

Also, is it possible to get a free trial for a few days?

1. The edit custom field feature will only be available in next release. I need to test it a bit more before making it public release. If you want, we can send you the latest package which is having the feature now

2. We do not have trial version for you to try. However, we do provide money back warranty. So if you want, you can purchase a copy of the extension to try. If it is not working as expected, you can request us for refund
