In every user ticket, we need the administrator reply form to have some custom fields that the support guys will fill in (e.g. actions taken to solve the problem, time and date etc).
1. The edit custom field feature will only be available in next release. I need to test it a bit more before making it public release. If you want, we can send you the latest package which is having the feature now
2. We do not have trial version for you to try. However, we do provide money back warranty. So if you want, you can purchase a copy of the extension to try. If it is not working as expected, you can request us for refund
