Assign ticket to user was created by Alison
Hi Tuan
We allow public users to raise tickets, sometimes they are members and they have not logged in.
Is is possible to assign a ticket to a user so that it shows on their ticket page after the ticket has been raised?
Also, is it possible to raise a ticket on behalf of a registered member form the backend?
Thanks

Hello Alison
1. If they register for an account using same email address which they entered while submit ticket, the ticket should still be shown on the Tickets Management page for that user
2. Yes. You can create a ticket for user from backend. When you create a new ticket, just enter Name and Email of that user and it should work like that
