Custom Access Level was created by Vidmantas Dapkus
I created the two new Groups under Registered, say GroupA and GroupB and assigned it to UserA and UserB respectively. In Helpdesk Pro I want to create two categories CategoryA and CategoryB and assign it to joomla GroupsA and B respectively but in Access Level I get assing only to Registered. So, how to separate users to their own Groups?

Hello
As replied via support ticket, you need to create a new access levels for these new user groups. Go to Users -> Access Levels to create new access level. Each access level for a new group which you created and it will work as you want
Regards,
Tuan
