You are showing on your website the Helpdesk Pro can allow exporting all support tickets into CSV files.The issue I have is when I click on the Export Tickets button it is exporting only the displayed page (which is maximum of 20 rows of tickets) into a CSV file and I wish to export all the tickets on the following pages as well together in one CSV file, or export all pages of tickets for a specific category, status or other search options.How I can export all support tickets as you mentioned above?
Sorry for lately response. We were having new year holiday in our country and only back to work on tomorrow.
If you are still having issue, I fixed the export and update the download package on server. You can access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download latest package from there, upgrade it to your site and the error will be gone
