Override doesn't get loaded was created by Ludwig Alberter
Hi,
I tried to customize the Ticket form for my needs but the uploaded file ../templates/wt_interrio_pro/html/com_helpdeskpro/ticket/form.php is ignored. Is there another requirement for overrides that I don't see?

Hello

Just change ticket to Ticket (T in upper case) and it will work well

Sorry for slow on response. It is new year holiday in our country and we only come back to work from tomorrow
