I understand that from a menu item I can display a list of Knowledge Base Categories, display a list of KB Articles from a certain category and display an individual KB article. But why is there no way to create KB articles from a menu item? Managers, who manage support tickets through the frontend should be able to create KB articles also. Btw. the documentation doesn't mention KB at all.
