Setting up reply by email

Hi guys

Do you have a complete idiots guide to setting up a cron job to send reply by email? (I am the idiot  )
I have been to  helpdeskprodoc.joomservices.com/cerate-a...ly-tickets-via-email and done the first bit enabling the plugin
and I have been to  stackoverflow.com/questions/11375260/cro...ress-every-5-minutes and this is where i get confused.

Can anyone help me, I'd be happy to pay if someone can do it for me?

- Super admin account
- Cpanel access
