impossible to modify a ticket from backend

Hi staff,
it is a strage behaviours: often, when i enter in admin backend and try to open a ticket created from an user, i cannot modify it in any way!
How to fix it? What could be the problem? Thanks

Currently, we do not support editing a ticket. We only allow changing comments inside a ticket at the moment.

I will see if I can support editing ticket message in the future

The screenshot does not show me the problem. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me ID of the ticket which I can access and see the issue. I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
