How to modify date on custom field

Hi to all,
i need to change the display mode of date on custom fields. Now it shows 2021-11-24 but i need 24-11-2021 (d-m-Y). I tried from global settings of the component but nothing happens.

Could you please get this file, unzip it, upload the received file to com_helpdeskpro/site/View/common/tmpl folder to see if it works?
