Possible bug with J4 and HelpDesk Pro 5.0.2

Hello,

I might have found a possible bug with HelpDesk Pro running on Joomla 4.

Issue:
When displaying a new ticket form within an article and the focus arrives at the select category drop down list, the following error is displayed:

jqv:custom rule not found - undefined

It is accompanied by a close button

Joomla version 4.0.3
HelpDesk Pro version 5.0.2

If it is possible, could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and send us link to the page which we can see the error?

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it corrected
