Today, I'm happy to announce the release of Helpdesk Pro version 5.0.0 with the following changes:
1. Support background color for Ticket Status
You can now choose background color for the ticket status you want and all tickets with that status will be displayed in Tickets Management screen using that background image.
2. Some bugs fixes
- Upload files not stored properly when multiple smaller files are uploaded at once
- Javascript error in case you use HTML editor (instead of Textarea) for adding comments
- Handle code hightlighting properly for HTML
- Fix category not being saved properly on multilingual website.
Please update your site to this updated package of Helpdesk Pro to have this most stable version running on your site. I will continue working to improve the extension and make it better from time to time.
