error when click submit ticket menu item

if you install Helpdeskpro on the fresh joomla installation and simply create a submit ticket menu item and then go to front end and click on that menu item you get this error:404 Task [form] not found.can you test it? is it related to use on local host ?
 

Strange. What Joomla version you are using? Joomla 3 or Joomla 4? Let us know so that we can check and get back to you

joomla 3 but excuseme Tuan. i test on the other fresh local joomla and it work correctly...maybe need look closer and feedback to you.please wait for my new test. i'm go to new check to find what is the problem.

i deal with it for many hours...
i find the problem .
for implement: you can install hikashop and you can see this problem if  "HikaShop no SSL outside checkout " plugin is enable. 
This plugin set task for Jfactory::getApplication() ->input() and conflict with HelpDesk Pro code in the submit Ticket site view.

If so, I would say that it is a bug of that plugin. Why that plugin affects Helpdesk Pro? It should only make changes to their own extension only

You should report this issue back to them if it is possible
