Staff-username: cryptic in our case

Hi Tuan,
We are using numbers for the username in Joomla. When working with tickets the username field is difficult to use as it does not contain the name. Is there a way to show a different field for assigning staff.

In new version which I'm working on, I will allow choosing the field to display staff in the dropdown. It could be username, name or email

There are some improvements to the extension, mostly focus on Joomla 4, modernize codebase (using namespace classes from Joomla API) and SEF urls for knowledge base. I will release new version sometime this week or lately, next week
