"Allow Public Users submit ticket" is not work was created by saman2
hi.
it seems "Allow Public Users submit ticket" not work. i also set Permissions tab to Allowed for Guest and Public in all option but it not work and not allow to unregistread user to see ticket menu item.
is it work right?

Hello

Did you create a menu item to allow accessing to submit ticket form? If Yes, what's the Access Level you setup for that menu item? Please set it to Public and it should work

i do all of this but not show and return error that you have not allow to see this page...

For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error. We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
