Missing ticket status was created by Maksim Pankratov
After adding a comment, the ticket status disappears.
All ticket statuses are activated.

Hello

This is strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which we can see this issue so that we can check and correct it?

That was my error.
I accidentally disabled this status in Configuration.
