Rate and Close drop down disappears

Hi Tuan 

I am in the process of setting up and testing our Helpdesk Pro.  I have a problem with the 'Rate and Close' button for users.  When it is clicked it just disappears.

Any ideas?

Hi Alison

I would say that this causes by a script on your site. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
