Field depending other fields

is there a way to have some fields depending other field in Helpdesk pro ?

So i see i can put field depending of category. 

I need to have a custom field where i can put a message with a link or video. Depending of category, i will put a video (or link) to the user.

Like this, he can see the video befor posting a ticket.

Did you try to setup it using Message custom field type?
