Custom field modification

Hi,
is there any possibility to modify a custom field if the user filled it with wrong info?
In my case the user is asked to select the model of his product but sometimes a wrong model is selected and I need to correct it before exporting the tickest to make some statistics.

Currently, we do not allow modifying custom field data, sorry. Something we will try to support for in the next release of the extension
