Remove history from Ticket view

Hi,
I want public users to manage tickets and that's why I enabled the option Allow Public Users submit ticket
If the Customer clicks on the link given in the email to view the ticket che can access to all the relevant info.
On the right table there is an additional link to the ticket under the "history" section. If clicked login is required and it doesn't make sense to me.
Is it possible to remove the "history" section from the right table?

Hello

Could you please give me a screenshot showing me the history section you are talking about?

If I understand the issue correctly, you can go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and disable the plugin Helpdesk Pro - Tickethistory and that section should be removed

Dear Tuan,
yes the section is the one that disappears if the plugin is disabled.

My pourpose was to remove it from the front-end but NOT from the back-end.

Is it possible?

Hello

Yes, edit the plugin, set Access to Special or Super Users and it will only be displayed in the administrator area of the site for super users
