I need to upload bigger attachments (50-60M), i edited my PHP 7.4 settings and put 128M files and lonfer execution time but i get this error: Request timedout after 30000 seconds.
Please is there way to fix it. Uploads work to about 11M size

Could you please get this file, unzip it, upload the received file to media/com_helpdeskpro/js folder, then check it again to see if it solves the issue?

No
I renamed the old file, and uploaded new one, but it did not help.
Timeout is about 28-30 secs, if i go to slower connection than i can not upload files i uploaded on faster connection.
edit:
I tried uploading bigger file (16M) via joomla media panel and it works, and the same file i can not upload as attacment.

We use a js library for drag and drop file upload and it's handled by that js library. By default, the timeout is 30 seconds and in the modified file I sent you, it should be increased to 300 seconds already. I don't know why it is not working. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page? I will look at it (just want to make sure the modified file was uploaded properly)
